Returns & Exchanges:

• We only sell to Spain, the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands.

• Couriers generally do not contact you by phone to advise before delivery.

• In returns, the shipping amount will not be refunded, since the service is performed in the same way, whether or not the product is returned.

• In the event that it is a refund of an order that has not yet left our warehouse, the full amount of the shipment will be refunded.

• Depending on the area, the estimated delivery date will be between two and four days, except on weekends since deliveries are not made.

• To make a change/refund, the customer will be responsible for providing us with the address. The sandals must be in perfect condition, as received.

• The refund of the money will be made in approximately 15 business days.

• Exchanges for another color or model are considered a new order. You must first return Autenti and then make the new purchase.

• These rates are only for the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands. In the event that your region or country has customs, the costs generated there will be paid by the customer who receives the order.

• If for any reason when preparing the order we notify that the existence of a unit already purchased is missing, the customer will be offered the possibility of exchanging it for another model of the same value or the money will be refunded.
