Exchanges, returns and refunds
Shipping area
We only sell to Spain and the Balearic Islands.
How to request an exchange
Email us at hola@autentishoes.com. We will manage the collection and arrival at our warehouse.
How to request a return or refund
- The customer is responsible for choosing the shipping company and sending the package. The company does not manage this process.
- All shipping information and the full address can be found on our delivery note.
- Notify us at hola@autentishoes.com. Once the package arrives at our warehouse, the corresponding refund will be made.
Product condition
For a refund or an exchange, your pair of Autenti must be in perfect condition, exactly as you received them.
Delivery times
Depending on the area, the estimated delivery date will be between two and four days, or up to 1 week for the Balearic Islands. No deliveries are made on weekends.
Deadline for exchanges and returns
You have a period of 15 days for exchanges or returns from the moment your Autenti are shipped, excluding weekends.

Money refund
The refund will be processed in approximately 15 business days.
Out of stock
If, while preparing your order, we detect that an item you purchased is out of stock, we will offer you the option to exchange it for another model of the same value or we will refund your money.
Size guide
- Remember that the measurement is for the interior, excluding the edge of the insole.
- If you are not sure about the size, we recommend choosing one size LARGER than necessary.
Always choose one size up from what you usually wear to get the right fit.
Example: you wear a 37, choose a 38.
